Über Sovaro
Sovaro is the operations control layer for small and mid-sized companies. It connects employees, devices, software licenses and costs in a single graph, so IT, HR and finance work from the same data instead of three separate spreadsheets.
Most companies below 300 employees track hardware in one file, subscriptions in another, and onboarding in an email thread. Nobody can reliably answer which tools the company pays for, who still has access after leaving, and what all of it costs. The result is money spent on unused licenses, devices that disappear, and accounts that stay open long after someone has left.
Sovaro brings this together in one place. It includes its own mobile device management, so devices are enrolled, configured and secured directly in the platform, and it connects to existing systems such as Apple Business Manager or Microsoft Intune where companies already use them. A lightweight endpoint agent recognises which software is actually in use, including tools nobody ever registered. Onboarding, role changes and offboarding become automated workflows rather than manual checklists.
Sovaro serves companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in particular startups, agencies and digitally driven organisations. The platform is hosted in the EU and built around GDPR requirements from the ground up. Founded in Munich in February 2026 by Milutin Jokic and Kai Döhler, Sovaro has been live since September 2026 and operates remote-first.
