After Stayfriends, BodyChange and Statista, the advertising marketer Ströer is now about to take over stylefruitsThe Munich-based startup was launched in 2008 and is now one of the leading social shopping platforms in Europe.

The busy advertising company Ströer, which is currently is under massive pressure from US investor Muddy Waters, is preparing for another acquisition. As can be seen from the list of ongoing merger control proceedings at the Federal Cartel Office, Ströer is seeking to acquire control, likely a majority stake, in stylefruits. The startup was launched in 2008 and is now one of the leading social shopping platforms in Europe.

The team around Ingo Heinrich, Michael Vietze, and Mathias Ziegler has long since shifted its focus from fashion to the trendiest interiors. Over 120 employees work for the company. The website states the following about stylefruits:
