With an appearance on “The Lion’s Den” he makes it bye ByeToe in our startups of the second quarter. Marie Mueller, the founder of Bye Bye Toe, has developed a thong that, according to the founder, not only "prevents the crotch from being pulled in," but is also "extremely comfortable." The so-called cameltoe effect – the optical deformation of a woman's crotch – is unpleasant and sometimes painful. The Bye Bye Toe, with its reinforcement through soft padding in the middle of the thong, is intended to remedy this. Tijen Onaran, one of the DHDL judges, was immediately enthusiastic about the product and offered the founder the requested 100,000. What initially seemed like a perfect deal fell through later: Onaran decided not to invest in Bye Bye Toe because the fashion theme did not fit into her company's strategic direction.
