Ruseva describes herself as a “Woman in Tech turned Entrepreneur”She began her career as a media informatics graduate at LMU Munich and at Microsoft, and after earning an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation (TUM), she embarked on a career as a founder. Since then, she has founded several startups and social organizations, including the "Big & Growing New Work" festival and the German New Work Association.
