Envoria GmbH, previously Financial Software Architects GmbH (FISA), is now presenting itself as a unified brand. By merging the software brands Contavio and Envoria, the company combines its expertise in financial and sustainability reporting into one All-in-one solution.
The name change marks a strategic milestone for the startup. Since its founding in 2018, Contavio has established itself as a financial software solution for leasing and revenue recognition. With the launch of Envoria in 2020, the company has also made a name for itself in the field of ESG reporting in times of growing regulatory sustainability requirements.
The startup expects a significant influx of new customers in 2025, when the reporting requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) will expand from the current 5,000 to around 50,000 companies. This presents CFOs with the challenge of reporting not only financial data but also ESG metrics. Climate risks, emissions data, supply chain analyses, and social factors are playing an increasingly central role. Through the merger, Envoria aims to position itself as a comprehensive solution for holistic financial and ESG reporting.
