The Xplore Venture Creator is entering the next round: From September 2025, the ten-week program will accompany the UnternehmerTUM Startup teams and future founders in developing their technology-based business ideas. Applications are now open – until July 15, 2025, at the latest.
The equity-free format offers a structured curriculum, practical coaching sessions with experts, and targeted matchmaking. The goal is to specifically support early-stage startup projects, sharpen the problem-solution fit, better understand customers, and develop a sound roadmap for financing and growth.
Two paths – one goal: successful founding
The program is aimed at two target groups:
Track 1: Startup Teams
Is your team working on a technology-based idea in the early stages and looking for support to validate your solution and prepare for market entry? Then you've come to the right place. Requirements include a clear problem definition, an innovative product or service concept (prototype not necessary), and a dedicated founding team.
Track 2: Future Entrepreneurs
Are you motivated, enjoy complex challenges, and want to be part of a startup for the duration of the program? Do you have strong communication skills, determination, and perhaps even some experience from other UnternehmerTUM programs? Then apply for Track 2.
Support at all levels
Participants benefit from access to office space, makerspace workshops, labs, prototyping grants, and other financing options. An experienced network of coaches and mentors will guide you through all phases of the startup process.
Central program components are:
- Development of an agile business model,
- Creation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP),
- realistic market analysis and target group definition,
- Team development with a focus on leadership,
- as well as pitch deck optimization for investor and customer communication.
Whether as a team or as an individual – the Xplore Venture Creator Batch #2/2025 lays the foundation for your startup future. All information about the program and the application process can be found on the associated website.
