How can we make it easier for young people to come to Munich and start a business? This is the question that drives Darius Göttert, also the founder of InCommunity and SpreadlyHis solution: A place that offers everything startups need. The founder of the new startup incubator says:
"I came to Munich at 16 and didn't know a single person out of 1.3 million people. I built my entire network from scratch, and I know how difficult that is. I want to give other people the opportunity to avoid having to do the work of seven or eight years."
The concept is as follows: Six founders can move into Darius' loft for a few weeks, pay a capped rent (maximum €1,300 per month), and receive an all-inclusive package. Here, they can establish their startup in peace, meet potential co-founders or employees, and have direct access to investors and other key players in the ecosystem.

"We also have a partner notary, partner accountant, and partner lawyer, among others, who you can consult at any time if needed. This allows you to concentrate fully on building your startup,"
explained Darius to his Startup incubator.
Darius’ idea is supported by several partners, including the technician health insurance and Munich Startup. For example, the kitchen in the loft becomes the "Munich Startup Kitchen."
"I think it's great how the city of Munich, and Munich Startup in particular, are showing that this topic is important to them and investing a lot of energy and money in such ideas. This way, we can further unite the Munich ecosystem."
The Wittenberg native is working hard on this. Initially, six founders from Germany will be staying in the loft for one week each for six weeks. Starting in October or November, the residents will then stay longer to fulfill their dream of starting their own startup.
