Munich startup Casavi has announced the complete acquisition of Berlin-based PropTech Managbl AI. Both companies have been working closely together for several years. With the acquisition, Casavi aims to further develop its platform in the areas of automation and artificial intelligence.

Casavi was founded in 2015 and has since positioned itself as a digital platform for processes and communication in the real estate industry. With the offering Casavi AI & Automate, the company expands its product portfolio and integrates AI functions into the administration of real estate companies.

Founded in 2022, Managbl AI brings technological expertise in automating the phone availability of property managers. The startup’s core product is voicebots that automatically capture and structure calls. This technology will in future become an integral part of the Casavi platform.

Integration into Casavi’s platform

Through the integration of Managbl AI, inquiries will in future be automatically captured, categorized, and processed as cases across all channels. This allows property managers to respond faster while simultaneously reducing their workload, and platform users gain transparency about the status of their concerns, the company states.

In addition to voicebots, Casavi is increasingly focusing on AI-powered assistants and workflow automation to make processes more efficient. The acquisition is part of the strategy to support property management companies and housing corporations with practical digital tools.

Peter Schindlmeier, founder and CEO of Casavi, explains:

“Casavi is among the pioneers in the field of digitalization and automation of property management. With this acquisition, we are further expanding our innovation capability. The solutions from Managbl AI complement our portfolio ideally and enable us to offer our customers even greater added value firsthand.”

For Casavi, the acquisition marks another step in developing its own platform into a comprehensive digital solution for the real estate industry. For the industry, the merger promises to further accelerate the use of artificial intelligence in daily administrative practice.
