Casavi takes over Managbl Ai

The Munich-based startup Casavi acquires Managbl Ai, strengthening its expertise in automation and artificial intelligence for the real estate industry.

The Munich startup Casavi has announced the full acquisition of Berlin-based PropTech company Managbl Ai. The two companies have been working closely together for several years. With this acquisition, Casavi aims to further develop its platform in the areas of automation and artificial intelligence.

Casavi was founded in 2015 and has since positioned itself as a digital platform for processes and communication in the real estate industry. With the Casavi AI & Automate offering, the company is expanding its product portfolio and integrating AI functions into the management activities of real estate companies.

Founded in 2022, Managbl Ai brings technological expertise in automating the telephone accessibility of property managers. The startup's core product is voicebots that automatically record and structure calls. This technology will become an integral part of the Casavi platform in the future.

Integration into the Casavi platform

Through the integration of Managbl Ai, inquiries will be automatically recorded, categorized, and processed as processes across all channels. This allows property managers to respond more quickly and reduce their workload, while providing platform users with transparency regarding the status of their requests, the company says.

In addition to voicebots, Casavi is increasingly focusing on AI-powered assistants and workflow automation to make processes more efficient. The acquisition is part of its strategy to support property management companies and housing associations with practical digital tools.

Peter Schindlmeier, Founder and CEO of Casavi, explains:

"Casavi is one of the pioneers in the field of digitization and automation of real estate management. With this acquisition, we are further expanding our innovation capabilities. Managbl Ai's solutions ideally complement our portfolio and enable us to offer our customers even greater added value firsthand."

For Casavi, the acquisition marks a further step in expanding its platform into a comprehensive digital solution for the real estate industry. For the industry, the merger promises to further accelerate the use of artificial intelligence in daily administrative practices.
