The Proptech Donexus has secured €600,000 in angel funding. The team plans to use the capital to launch and further develop its AI platform for property management companies. Investors include Superangels, Buildery VC, Interhyp founder Marcus Wolsdorf, and other business angels.
Founders Daniel Parak and Zeno Woywood aim to free property managers from repetitive tasks with Donexus. Their goal: more time for strategic work. The AI agents automatically understand requests, categorize them, and suggest solutions. This should reduce processing time and increase service quality.
"Property management companies are the backbone of the real estate industry – but they are suffocating in repetitive routine work. With Donexus, we want to turn the property manager into an active manager."
explained Daniel Parak, Co-founder & CEO of Donexus.
Technology from the TUM environment
Donexus is developing a AI-focused agent system Specifically designed for property management companies. It integrates with existing communication and documentation systems. Incoming messages are automatically analyzed, categorized, and linked to relevant properties.
“From the very beginning, we were impressed by Donexus’s focused approach to a long-standing problem in the industry. No distant vision, but measurable relief in everyday practice and a team that doesn’t just talk, but delivers from day one.”
says Franzi Majer, Founding Partner at Superangels.
The startup was founded in 2025 within the environment of the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Donexus received support from programs such as the TUM Venture Labs Xplore and Xdeck. The new funding will be used for further pilot projects. In addition, the team plans to further develop the product and is actively seeking new talent for various positions. Donexus' long-term goal is to free real estate management from operational burdens and transform it into a strategic growth function.
