The Impact Accelerator brings together startups and changemakers to create Germany's first impact unicorn. The nationwide program runs for three months and supports startup teams in scaling their business models. Behind it are... six of Germany's leading innovation and entrepreneurship centersThe following institutions are involved: Campus Founders from Heilbronn, the Digital Innovation Center Rostock, the Founders Foundation from Bielefeld, the Leipzig Public Value Hub, the AppliedAI Institute for Europe, and UnternehmerTUM for Munich. Projects in the areas of AI in Govtech, Citizen Entrepreneurship & Democracytech, Edtech, and Greentech are eligible for funding.
For startups
You will benefit from this:
- Participation in established programs of the partner centers
- Access to networks, mentors and investors
- technical and organizational preparation for scaling
- Collaboration with experts from tech, design and marketing
- Infrastructure such as software, cloud and prototyping tools
- Visibility in the social impact and tech scene
Your profile:
- You already have users who are using your solution (“problem-solution fit”)
- You are active in a relevant market with great potential.
- You work on topics from AI in Govtech, Citizen Entrepreneurship & Democracy, Edtech or Greentech

For innovators & changemakers
Here's what you can expect:
- Full-time work in a purpose-driven startup for three months
- Scholarship of over 1,000 euros per month
- Prospects of continued employment or permanent position
- Working in agile, interdisciplinary teams
Your profile:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Marketing or similar.
- Motivation, solution-oriented approach and team spirit
- Initial experience in digital product development
- Good English skills and solid German skills (at least B2 level)
- Availability from January 12th to March 27th, 2026
