Sarah Schlingloff from Justake presents her mushroom steak — Pitch & People Episode 11 with Justake: A juicy steak without any meat? Three young entrepreneurs from Munich want to make just that possible. With Justake, food technologist Sarah Schlingloff is bringing a completely new kind of meat alternative to the plate: a steak made from mushrooms. Sounds crazy? It's actually real science. Her "Lion's Mane Steak" looks like beef, cooks like beef, and contains absolutely no animal products. Instead of highly processed substitutes, the team relies on a genuine superfood mushroom that has been considered a medicinal plant in China for centuries. Orbint — Orbint receives investment from Rohde & Schwarz: The technology group Rohde & Schwarz enters into a strategic partnership with the Munich-based startup Orbint.The spin-off from the Bundeswehr University Munich has been working on satellite-based, signal-gathering reconnaissance since 2025. With this investment, Rohde & Schwarz expands its portfolio in the electromagnetic spectrum to include space applications. The four founders are developing a distributed satellite network that detects, identifies, and locates signals in near real-time. The system processes the data directly on board the satellites.
