“We want to create a home for family-run food businesses. We stand for genuine entrepreneurship, a love of craftsmanship, and honest products, and we see ourselves as the anti-corporation. Even as we grow, we want to remain small, agile, and close to our customers. As the son of a baker, it is a very personal motivation for me to return to my roots and dedicate myself to the most important mission of my life with Nutri United: to secure the future of medium-sized food businesses with Nutri United.”
Brunner also emphasizes the economic importance of a functioning successor ecosystem:
"From our point of view, this is not only relevant for the food industry, but also has enormous economic relevance, as many companies will have no future without a succession plan."
