Do you want to prepare for your career as a manager or founder while you're still studying? The 18-month Manage & More program offered by UnternehmerTUM provides entrepreneurial training to 20 students from Munich universities each semester.
In addition to developing business concepts in teamwork and in your own projects, the focus is also on personal development and building valuable contacts.
Manage & More – A successful concept
The innovative power and enthusiasm for founding a company that Manage&More brings out in its participants is demonstrated by the successes of the alumni: over 70 start-ups have been created since the launch of the Manage&More program, for example Motius, Braufässchen and IDnowSome startups have now been able to win large customers or multi-million dollar financing such as KONUX, ProGlove and ParkHere.
Manage&More alumni are also driving innovation in existing companies: Alumnus Frank Gabriel quickly rose to the position of Head of Global Production Projects at packaging specialist Multivac. And Verena Schechner took over from her parents as CEO of NOAX Technologies just three years after graduating.
