Apply now for the "socia" accelerator!

The European Social Economy Cluster Silicon Vilstal is launching “socia”, a nationwide social innovation accelerator program for socially oriented startups in Germany.

Social startups Startups often face greater challenges in securing funding than those in other sectors. Socially oriented business models don't always align with traditional funding models or investors' return expectations. This makes offerings specifically tailored to their needs all the more crucial.

Therefore, all Munich startups in the social sector should take note: Apply by April 15th for the "socia" accelerator program, a nationwide accelerator program for social innovations.

Target group and framework conditions

The target group is non-profit social startups nationwide that are about to be founded or are up to one year after their founding.

What the program offers:

  • 50 teams per year in the tailor-made social real-world laboratory
  • free of charge and without any involvement in the company
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses

The application period runs from February 1st to April 15th, 2026.
