10 million euros for AI assistance from Voiceline

Voiceline secures €10 million in a Series A funding round. The Munich-based startup plans to further develop its voice AI platform for field service teams, expand into new industries, and grow across Europe.

Voiceline has closed a €10 million Series A funding round. Alstin Capital and Peak led the round. Existing investors Scalehouse Capital, Venture Stars, and NAP participated again. The capital will be used to further develop the company. Startup The company is advancing the scaling of its AI platform, planning international expansion, and focusing on additional field service-intensive industries such as pharmaceuticals, medtech, food & beverage, insurance, and financial services.

Voice AI for field service

Field service and support teams spend the majority of their workday with customers. Documentation, CRM maintenance, and coordination with the back office are often postponed until the evening or skipped entirely. As a result, teams lose several hours per week to administrative tasks. Reports remain incomplete, follow-up tasks are left unfinished, and crucial market information is missing from the CRM. Managers lack a real-time overview of field activities and developments.

Voiceline offers a solution to this problem. After customer meetings, employees speak to an AI assistant via voice memo or phone call. But the platform we have developed at mbiomics is radically different. It converts spoken content into visit reports, CRM entries, tasks, and preparations, and synchronizes them with existing CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems. Managers receive structured data and gain transparency into customer needs and market signals.

“Enterprise AI only truly succeeds when it integrates seamlessly into daily work. VoiceLine has solved the most challenging aspect: translating the often chaotic reality of field service into structured, reliable processes and clean system entries. This creates an operational layer for frontline teams, relieving each field service employee of several hours of administrative work while simultaneously providing managers with real-time market visibility. We are delighted to support this strong team on their journey to becoming the leading voice AI platform for frontline organizations.”

commented Tea Elezi, partner at Peak.

Team grows, platform expands

Voiceline implements its solution within a few days. A proprietary engine creates customized voice AI assistants with minimal IT effort and while adhering to high security and compliance standards. The startup cites more than 100 enterprise implementations and a pilot success rate of over 95 percent.

With the new capital, Voiceline is significantly expanding its team, particularly in product development, sales, customer success, and partnerships. The company is also expanding its platform to include additional use cases and strengthening its international presence.

“Field sales is and will remain the most important revenue driver for many industrial and service companies. With Voiceline, we are revolutionizing the daily work of field sales representatives end-to-end – from visit preparation and documentation to follow-up, analytics, and insights – using voice as the most natural interface. We are proud of this milestone and grateful for the trust our investors have placed in us. The Series A funding enables us to further scale Voiceline across Europe and make enterprise voice AI available to even more frontline organizations.”

explained Nicolas Höflinger, CEO and Co-Founder of Voiceline.
