Enninger: “Basis for new forms of work”
The 30 representatives from 13 federal states elected Jürgen Enninger, head of the Competence teams for the cultural and creative industries in Munich, and Egbert Rühl, Managing Director of the Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft, as spokespersons who represent the network externally.
“The cultural and creative industries are drivers of innovation, social Driver and basis for new forms of work”,
says Jürgen Enninger.
"I'm looking forward to being the spokesperson for this network. Because we are the seismographs of the creative industries in Germany."
Egbert Rühl comments:
"Federalism generally fuels competition between regional institutions – especially when they are still young and need to position themselves. The funding institutions (...) at the municipal and state level, on the other hand, use clear signal for cooperation, for the open exchange of information and experiences at eye level.”
With the decision of regular participation of representatives of the platform Creative Germany, the nationwide network of actors in the cultural and creative industries, the foundation was also laid for a continuous exchange between creative industry actors and public institutions.
