Everything new at the Munich Startup Award 2026
Three finalists, three pitches, 10,000 euros in prize money. The Munich Startup Award enters its fourth year and remains one of the great highlights of the Munich Startup Festival 2026.
Unlike in previous years, this time the audience decides via vote who receives the prize money. An expert jury selected by Munich Startup, made up of extremely well-connected personalities from the startup, investor, corporate, media, and innovation sectors, assesses, mediates, and actively brings people and their ideas together to create added value for both sides. Because each pitch ends with a concrete need of the respective startup. This way, contacts, investments, and hands-on mentality reach the finalists without detours.
The combination of the new expert jury and the judgment of the audience makes this year’s winner of the Munich Startup Award seem even more impressive than in previous years.
