Neoshare has developed an end-to-end solution with its namesake SaaS platform that is intended to digitalize and streamline both the management and implementation of project and real estate financing. By using the platform, real estate companies and project developers are also intended to gain additional security in the implementation of financing projects and transactions.

“Highly efficient processes and greater security”

Through the newly launched technology partnership, the business law firm GSK Stockmann now accompanies the further development of the platform with specialized legal expertise in real estate and financing, and supports Neoshare, clients, and mandates as legal advisor. Dirk Brückner, partner and head of real estate at GSK Stockmann, emphasizes this:

“Our technology partnership with Neoshare combines specialized expertise and forward-looking technologies. This creates the foundation for highly efficient processes and greater security in the monitoring and implementation of projects.”

Alma Franke, partner at GSK Stockmann, adds:

“As a law firm, we are pleased to actively shape digital transformation together with Neoshare. Efficient digital processes allow us to devote more time to truly relevant aspects while providing our mandates with even better service.”

Technology partnership with specialized added value

Nico Singer, founder & co-CEO of Neoshare, further states:

“We are proud to enter into such a significant technology partnership with GSK Stockmann, one of the leading law firms in the real estate sector. This collaboration is another milestone on our path to drive the digital transformation of the industry forward. GSK Stockmann’s comprehensive expertise greatly enriches the specialized development of our platform and strengthens our efforts to create the best offering for our mutual clients.”

And Jonas Hohmann, CTO and co-founder of Neoshare, comments on the current partnership:

“The technology partnership with GSK Stockmann brings us significant specialized added value for the further development of our AI-powered applications. Through GSK Stockmann’s extensive practical experience in the real estate and financing sector, combined with our vision of ‘Real Estate 4.0,’ we can decisively advance our AI-first strategy.
