Voiceline closes a Series A financing round of €10 million. Alstin Capital and Peak lead the round. Existing investors Scalehouse Capital, Venture Stars and NAP participate again. With the capital, the startup is accelerating the scaling of its AI platform, planning international expansion, and focusing on additional field-intensive industries such as pharma, medtech, food & beverage, insurance, and financial services.

Voice AI for field sales

Field sales and service teams spend most of their working day with customers. Documentation, CRM updates, and coordination with back-office staff are often postponed to the evening or skipped entirely. This causes teams to lose several hours per week on administrative tasks. Reports remain incomplete, follow-up tasks go unresolved, and important market information is missing from the CRM. Managers lack real-time visibility into field activities and developments.

Voiceline offers a solution to this problem. Employees speak with an AI assistant via voice memo or call after customer meetings. The platform converts spoken content into visit reports, CRM entries, tasks, and preparations, and syncs them with existing CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems. Managers receive structured data and gain transparency into customer needs and market signals.

“Enterprise AI succeeds when it integrates seamlessly into daily work. VoiceLine has solved the hardest part: translating the often chaotic reality of field sales into structured, reliable processes and clean system entries. This creates an operational layer for frontline team work that saves every field sales employee several hours of administrative work and simultaneously gives managers real-time transparency into market developments. We’re very excited to accompany this strong team on its journey to becoming the leading voice AI platform for frontline organizations”,

comments Tea Elezi, partner at Peak.

Team grows, platform expands

Voiceline implements its solution within days. A proprietary engine creates customized voice AI assistants with minimal IT effort while maintaining high security and compliance standards. The startup points to over 100 enterprise implementations and a pilot success rate of over 95 percent.

With fresh capital, Voiceline is significantly expanding its team, particularly in product development, sales, customer success, and partnerships. Additionally, the company is extending the platform to cover more use cases and strengthening its international presence.

“Field sales remains the most important revenue driver for many industrial and service companies. With Voiceline, we’re revolutionizing the field sales work experience end-to-end – from visit preparation through documentation and follow-up to follow-ups plus analytics and insights – with voice as the most natural interface. We’re proud of this milestone and grateful for our investors’ confidence. The Series A financing enables us to scale Voiceline across Europe and make enterprise voice AI available to even more frontline organizations”,

explains Nicolas Höflinger, CEO and co-founder of Voiceline.
