Vcoach enables AI-powered coaching for presentation and communication skills. Users can upload their own videos of presentations and receive instant feedback via artificial intelligence. At the end of last year, Lepaya raised 35 million euros in growth capital and intends to expand its product through the acquisition of Vcoach. The technology of the Munich startup will be integrated into the offering of the Dutch company and made available to all customers.

Vcoach “has developed very valuable technology”

Stephanie Mayer, co-founder of Vcoach, comments on the acquisition:

“Our product and technology have received great feedback from customers and users. But to serve large enterprise customers optimally with a holistic solution, we need to think bigger. Lepaya’s approach and vision align perfectly with ours, but they cover even more topics and methods. A true one-stop shop for enterprise customers. We are proud that Vcoach is now part of the Lepaya platform and that the technology can continue to grow this way.”

René Janssen, one of Lepaya’s two founders, says:

“Our vision is to use as much technology as possible to develop and train skills in an impactful way. Vcoach fits perfectly. The company has developed very valuable technology that uses an intelligent AI algorithm to assess the success factors for effective communication of a message.”
