Prior to the acquisition, Ferienwohnungen.de offered around 7,000 vacation apartments and vacation homes according to its own information. However, most of the listings were only available upon request. With the acquisition of Ferienwohnungen.de by Holidu, hosts can now benefit from direct online bookability, the software solution of the Munich startup, and local personal service including professional photography.
“Simplifying many processes”
For guests, integration with Holidu means an expanded range of accommodations, as the complete Holidu inventory can now be searched and booked on the www.ferienwohnungen.de website.

Holidu operates a vacation rental booking portal of the same name, which according to the company records more than 100 million users annually. The company also offers a software and service solution for vacation home rental managers that helps them generate more bookings with less effort.
