Isar Aerospace
Another 65 million euros for Isar Aerospace: With another capital injection, Isar Aerospace is expanding its Series C to over 220 million euros. The NATO Innovation Fund is significantly involved in this. The defense alliance’s independent venture capital fund for promoting technology companies is supported by 24 NATO member states. Other new investors in the expansion round included the European family office G3T, as well as 10x Group, Besant Capital, Finadvice Med Holdings, and LP&E. Existing investors Lakestar, Earlybird, Airbus Ventures, Bayern Kapital, and UVC Partners also participated. Smart Reporting
Smart Reporting closes Series C with 23 million euros: Munich-based medtech startup Smart Reporting successfully closes its Series C financing round and raises 23 million euros. The round is led by TVM Capital Life Sciences, with Bayern Kapital and existing investors also participating. The new funds are primarily intended for expanding international partnerships and product development. Proxima Fusion
Proxima Fusion raises 20 million euros: Munich-based startup Proxima Fusion pursues the magnetic-based fusion approach and is working on a reactor based on the stellarator principle. The young company has now secured fresh capital. The seed round of 20 million euros is led by Redalpine – with participation from Bayern Kapital, the DeepTech & Climate Fund, and the Max Planck Foundation. Existing investors UVC Partners Plural, High-Tech Gründerfonds, Wilbe, and Visionaries Club also participate in the round. Neoshare
Neoshare secures 19 million euros: Munich-based scaleup Neoshare raises 19 million euros (20.5 million dollars) through growth financing. The fresh capital is to flow, among other things, into further development of the platform of the same name. The round is jointly led by several Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken as well as a German family office. Insempra
Series A financing: Insempra receives 18.6 million euros: Insempra develops bio-based and biodegradable synthetic ingredients, materials, and fibers. The startup has now successfully completed its Series A financing round and raised 18.6 million euros (20 million dollars). The financing is led by existing investor EQT Ventures. Other funders include Bayern Kapital, Henkel dx Ventures, and Alante Capital. Additionally, existing investors BlueYard Capital, Possible Ventures, Taavet Sten, and Acequia Capital participated in the round. Reev
10 million euros for Reev: E-mobility startup Reev successfully closes its Series A. With the double-digit million amount from the financing round, the company aims to advance the expansion of its intelligent charging infrastructure. Funders include Future Energy Ventures, a VC fund with participation from leading energy suppliers, and Blue Earth Capital, a global impact investor.
