Tubulis Technologies: BioM startup takes second place at EIT Health

Tubulis Technologies from Martinsried secures the EIT Health Launch Lab second place. The final took place as part of the Launch Lab, an 8-week intensive training for company founders, at Yes! Delft near Rotterdam.

Tubulis Technologies is developing a molecular glue that couples cancer-specific antibodies to chemotherapeutic agents to combat cancer cells. Launch Lab the founders have now revised and realigned their market entry strategy. They have already achieved four Letter of Intent and acquired a first customer. A venture capital firm also became aware of the company. Dr. Jonas Helma from Tubulis Technologies says:

“We were delighted with the success. EIT Health Launch Lab has helped us enormously to define our business concept more clearly. We were able to gain over 200 contacts across Europe for our Business Development and thus validate our business idea.”

The founding team has also applied for the Europe-wide competition EIT Health Business Plan Aggregator There, young companies from the fields of biotechnology, medical technology, and digital health compete against each other. Dominik Schumacher from  Tubulis Technologies says:

“Now we are highly motivated to also compete in Barcelona Business Plan Aggregator to convince.”
