Why brood over an idea in the office when you can do it on an alpine pasture? That's exactly what the 70 participants of this year's Startup Alm thought, and they headed to Schwangau with Kim & Jonas, the event organizers.

What was going on at the Startup Alm?

On Friday, the participants were taken by bus from Munich to Schwangau. Once there, the pitching began immediately: ideas were presented and teams were formed. The teams were supported from the start by the mentors who had traveled with them. On Saturday, the experts arrived, who would rotate among the teams and support them with their technical and business expertise in implementing their ideas. So, there was a lot of hard work—but networking, exchange among the participants, and, of course, fun on the weekend together were also high on the agenda.
