Practice makes perfect: “Youth Founds” is online

The simulation phase of  Youth founds has started. Now it's time to choose the right location, motivate and train employees, recruit new employees, think about advertising strategies, work-life balance, ecological, economic, and social sustainability, and, of course, price and costs. Because: practice makes perfect.

Pupils, students, and trainees can now participate in the business simulation. All risk-free, but with the certainty of gaining business knowledge. The only danger is getting caught up in the entrepreneurial spirit.

“Youth Founds” in Classrooms

The business simulation can be played online for free until May 19, 2017. You can join at any time. "Youth Entrepreneurs" is ideal for both integration into school or company classes and for self-organized participation after school.

“Youth Founds” is a nationwide online competition funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, conceived and implemented by the Steinbeis Innovation Center for Business Development at Pforzheim University (SZUE). It is a two-stage competition, and participation in the simulation game is possible even after the business plan phase.
