Business Park in Hallbergmoos offers startup space

Commercial space in Munich is in high demand. The Munich Airport Business Park (MABP) in Hallbergmoos now offers startups seeking proximity to the airport their own space ranging from 15 to 1,070 square meters.

The Airport Business Centre (ABC) is one of several office complexes in the MABP. Christin Piotter is responsible for the ABC and says:

"Startups don't always have a spatial concept for their business premises, but they need to be able to flexibly remodel or expand them as the company grows. That's why we're happy to adapt to entrepreneurs' wishes when it comes to rental space and floor plan."

The ABC currently houses over 50 companies on approximately 35,000 square meters of rental space, and the entire MABP houses more than 225 companies. Alexander Mademann from the economic development agency of the municipality of Hallbergmoos believes that valuable contacts are created in the business center in the countryside:

"The proximity of the buildings to each other, as well as the numerous cafeterias and green spaces, promote interaction between new and existing tenants. This allows networks to develop and synergies to be exploited."

Office space specialized for startups can also be found in other office complexes. Detailed information is available on the Business Park website available.
