Deutsche Börse presents Venture Network

New initiative brings growth companies together with investors

Deutsche Börse, together with the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, launched the new initiative Deutsche Börse Venture Network The program is designed to connect young, fast-growing companies with international investors, enabling them to effectively finance their growth and build a comprehensive network. Deutsche Börse Venture Network is an important building block on the path to strengthening IPOs in Germany.

The Deutsche Börse Venture Network consists of an exclusive, private online platform and various event formats. The online platform supports the initiation of financing by, for example, allowing documents and details to be exchanged in a secure data room. This simplifies and standardizes processes.

The events facilitate the development of an effective network. Participants gain access to an expanded circle of multipliers consisting of politicians, mentors, and experienced entrepreneurs, as well as to exclusive events in smaller groups in a confidential setting.

UnternehmerTUM is a partner in organizing executive trainings

In addition, Deutsche Börse offers executive training courses in collaboration with UnternehmerTUM. These courses are aimed at the management of growth companies and deepen their knowledge of capital market financing. In three consecutive modules, participants learn best practices for managing and financing growth companies, right up to the preparation of an IPO.

Companies must meet certain selection criteria to be included. They must have reached the late-stage financing stage (growth, later-stage, or pre-IPO phase) and demonstrate initial entrepreneurial success. In addition, certain key metrics such as revenue, revenue growth, or annual net profit are considered for inclusion on the platform.
