The real estate industry doesn't have the most innovative reputation among many. The Real Estate Innovation Network (REIN) aims to change this by connecting startups with the real estate industry and investors. Startups can apply for a presentation at Expo Real until June 30th.
Expo Real will take place in Munich from October 4 to 6. Together with REIN, Europe's largest real estate trade fair offers 25 startups the opportunity to present themselves to an audience of companies and experts. The trade fair recently attracted around 39,000 participants from 77 countries and nearly 1,770 exhibitors from 29 countries.
“The Real Estate Innovation Network opens up synergies that will significantly advance startups and the real estate industry in successfully shaping the global digitalization of the real estate industry,”
so Wolfgang Moderegger, initiator and chairwoman of the Real Estate Innovation Network.
"Startups bring new technologies and ideas for business models, but above all, they need networks, recognition, and initial customers or references. At the same time, established industries and investors need additional impetus and new access to the rapidly emerging opportunities of digitalization."
