The Berlin-based digital service provider diva-e is taking over the Munich-based One Advertising AG. BayBG is selling its stake in One Advertising as part of the deal.
diva-e Digital Value Enterprise GmbH is acquiring 100 percent of the shares in the Munich-based agency. The company was named "Best SEO Agency" in Germany at the SEMY Awards in 2015 and 2017.

Details of the amounts are not known
Fiederling praises those responsible:

Details about how much money was spent on BayBG’s exit are not known.
