3.1 million Euro investment for Ryte

The Munich-based technology company Ryte obtains financial support from investors: Invest a total of 3.1 million euros Senovo, Surplus Invest and pd ventures in the software company. This was announced by Andreas Bruckschlögl during his keynote speech at the opening of this year's Bits & Pretzels Founder Festivals.

Ryte — formerly OnPage.org — was previously completely self-financed. Now, investors Senovo, Surplus Invest, and pd ventures are on board, thanks in part to the active support of the Bavarian financing network.  BayStartUP.  The investments are intended to further fuel the growth of Ryte.

The Munich-based tech startup is also excited about the synergies created by the investor group's international experience in technology and innovation management: Senovo, as lead investor, brings expertise in building and scaling B2B SaaS companies. Surplus Invest also invests in B2B SaaS business models. pd ventures focuses particularly on media-related startups with innovative business models.

Solid financial foundation for more growth

The founders of Ryte Andreas Bruckschlögl, Marcus Tandler and Niels Dörje on the first financing round:

“We are very pleased that we have been able to attract three very experienced investors with this investor group.

It was important to us that an investment would provide us with a solid financial foundation for our desired growth and, at the same time, find investors with extensive expertise in successfully building sustainable companies."

With this investment, managing directors Marcus Tandler and Andreas Bruckschlögl primarily aim to significantly improve and further develop their products. Furthermore, they intend to further advance the internationalization process that has already begun.

“After rebranding and realigning our brand, the next logical step was to bring on board professional and financial support from investors in order to position ourselves strongly internationally and grow even further.”

explained Marcus Tandler, founder and managing director of Ryte.

“Excellent basis for developing a strong brand”

In addition to the business model, the lead investor Senovo was particularly impressed by the team and the tech company's previous performance.

"The company helps business owners and marketers advance their digital businesses while simultaneously distinguishing themselves with a distinctive style. An excellent foundation for building a strong brand that aspires to future global market leadership."

explained Markus Grundmann by Senovo.

With an increase of currently approximately 600 new users per day, the young company is on the right track.
