At David vs. Goliath, startups pitch against established companies. The event takes place on October 25. Students, startups, and entrepreneurs can apply until October 18.
We're looking for creative minds, drivers, innovators, and generally risk-takers with vision, conviction, and passion. In 'David vs. Goliath,' the three most compelling startups will compete against established entrepreneurs on October 25, 2017, at the Macromedia Munich campus. There will also be insights into various industries and expert tips for actually implementing your startup idea.
Founding with EU funding?
The focus will be on experiences with EU funding and the founding and further development of the company. Three selected startup projects will be presented and evaluated by a jury.
The team or person with the best idea can look forward to these prizes:
- two tickets for the Art Directors Club (ADC) Junior Congress and the ADC Awards Show including after-show party with a total value of over 800 euros
- a 25% partial scholarship for a Bachelor's or Master's degree at the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences
Josef Schmid, Deputy Mayor of the City of Munich and Head of the Department of Labor and Economic Affairs, will be present to welcome the participants. Anyone interested in what was on offer at the 2016 event can find here more information.
