The EU Commission is awarding the "EU Prize for Women Innovators" for the fifth time. Female founders of innovative companies can apply until November 15.
The EU Award for "Women Innovators" seeks out women who have made a significant contribution to innovation, have (co-)founded a company, and brought an innovation to market. Women are relatively rare in the founding of innovative companies. The award was created to raise public awareness of this issue and encourage female innovators to seize business opportunities and become entrepreneurs.
