What will healthy nutrition look like in the future? In addition to its own research, the enable-Cluster Innovations that promote healthy nutrition in the population. Therefore, the research cluster awards the enable-Innovation Award for new developments and ideas in the field of nutrition.
Since mid-2015, the enable cluster has been supporting innovative food ideas, for example with innovation vouchers. New is the enableInnovation Award. The award is endowed with 10,000 euros and is aimed at startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, and craft businesses.
Fresh ideas wanted
What are we looking for? Those who want to apply must have been on the market for some time. To apply to enableHowever, to be eligible for the Innovation Award, the idea must still be "fresh." This means that the innovation must have been implemented no more than 24 months ago. At the same time, the new idea must be at least in the experimental development stage. Whether it's in the social area of the food industry or a service, new technology, or an innovative product that revolutionizes the food industry.
The prize will be awarded on March 12, 2018, during the German Nutrition Cluster Conference in Freising.
