Here's to a good start into the new year: Until January 10th, you can apply for a pitch at the Burda Bootcamp on Startup Day'n'Nite (#SDNN) – Apply for the conference. The winners of the pitch competition will move into the Burda Bootcamp for four months.
After the great Success of the first conference in September Now comes the second SDNN. The second SDNN will take place on January 20, 2018, just before the DLD. The focus of the conference is on inspiration and learning. However, the traditional pitch competition, for which startups can still apply, will also be retained.
To ensure as many Munich startups as possible participate, apply for a spot on stage by January 10. With an innovative idea and a bit of luck, you could be one of the ten startups competing in the second edition of SDNN and the pitch competition.
Inspiring the Munich startup community
The conference evolved from the always well-attended Startup Night events of the Burda Bootcamp, which focused on pitches and networking. The SDNN conference aims to go a step further. Natalia Karbasova, Head of Burda Bootcamp, says:
"With our new conference format, Startup Day'n'Nite, we pursue the clear goal of pushing the Munich startup community and enriching it with relevant, inspiring, and exciting hands-on topics. Our visitors will take home tangible added value."
The conference features keynotes, inspiring panels, and workshops with well-known figures from business and entrepreneurship across two stages. Michael Brehm, former managing director of StudiVz, will talk about what it's like when a major player suddenly threatens your social network.
Also on stage: Marc Al-Hames, CEO of Cliqz, Florian Leibert, co-founder and CEO of Mesosphere, and Thomas Bachem, founder of CODE University, Sevenload and Lebenslauf.com.
