Attention female founders in Munich: Apply for Satellite Office's "Women Startup Challenge" and compete for an office package consisting of a one-year workspace, office services, investor pitch opportunities, a marketing package, and coaching. The application deadline is February 28, 2018.
Satellite Office is represented with seven coworking spaces in Germany and Switzerland, two of which are located in Munich. A Munich-based founder could soon have one of these two locations as her new business address for a year. The only requirement is that she wins the "Women Startup Challenge." Applications for this challenge can be submitted in the form of a business plan until February 28, 2018.
Conditions of participation
Eligible to participate are women residing in Germany or Switzerland. The intended company formation must take place in Germany or Switzerland.
Since Satellite Office rewards the start with a company headquarters office, applications from one of the Satellite Office locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich) are useful, but not mandatory.
If a capital company in the form of a GmbH or AG has already been founded on the basis of the submitted business plan, the foundation must not have been more than four months old when the documents for the competition are submitted.
Evaluation
The submitted business plans will be evaluated by an independent jury using a points system based on the following criteria:
- Completeness of the summary
- Comprehensibility and feasibility of the founding concept
- Experience and qualifications of the founder or founding team
- Customer benefits, unique selling points and market potential of the product or service
- Traceability of financial planning and its prospects
The jury includes media entrepreneur and presenter Tita von Hardenberg, who is also the patron of the "Women Startup Challenge." The awards ceremony is expected to take place in the first half of April 2018 after the applications have been evaluated.
