casavi has received a seven-figure sum in another round of financing. The Munich-based company aims to advance the digitalization of property management with its cloud-based platform.
The two seed investors Bayern Kapital and High-Tech Gründerfonds have again participated; WenVest GmbH and a family office active in the real estate sector from BayStartUP network be obtained. casavi wants to use the fresh capital to expand its innovative advantage and market leadership in the German-speaking region.

casavi was founded in Munich in 2015. The online platform of the same name serves as a digital link between all parties active in the real estate industry, from management to owners, tenants, and service providers. With this software-as-a-service solution, housing companies and administrations can communicate with residents more efficiently and cost-effectively, while better aligning with customer needs. For example, current information, service offerings, and documents are provided transparently and can be accessed by tenants and property owners at any time. Since its market launch, the company has already acquired over 200 customers in German-speaking countries, who together manage more than 600,000 residential units.
