eGym wants to take corporate fitness to the next level
eGym Managing Director Philipp Roesch-Schlanderer:
"The acquisition of qualitrain by eGym now creates the ideal conditions for taking the corporate fitness product to the next evolutionary stage 15 years after its market launch. With our innovative products for training, training support, and motivation, we demonstrate—backed by valid training data—that corporate fitness really does make a difference. For greater success and motivation among participating employees. Once fitness levels improve across the board, many more companies will join in. After all, it is in their own best interest to invest in the health and motivation of their employees so that they can pursue their work in a healthy and balanced way—with an overall better quality of life."
More efficient, more targeted and more motivated
According to Roesch-Schlanderer, many fitness studios within the qualitrain network are already equipped with fully electronic eGym strength training equipment or partner equipment from other manufacturers, which are part of the eGym ONE open cloud platform. This intelligently connects the equipment to create a holistic training experience. Training planning and documentation are handled via trainer and member apps.
“With our smart solution, participating employees will not only train at a reduced rate, but will also train more efficiently, more purposefully and thus significantly more motivated,”
said the eGym CEO. His company wants to encourage its studio partners who are not yet active in the qualitrain network to participate, thus opening up new corporate target groups. qualitrain increases employer attractiveness without additional effort. And employees are happy about a tax-free and employer-sponsored additional offer.
