The career network LinkedIn has published a list of the 25 most sought-after startups in Germany. Two Munich-based companies are among the top five.
The platform created the ranking based on four factors: employment growth, engagement with the brand on the platform, job interest, and attracting top candidates. Companies with more than 50 employees and less than seven years old were considered.

The Berlin online bank N26 takes first place, followed by the Munich Process mining startup Celonis. Celonis recently reached a company valuation of over one billion dollars and thus joined the circle of “unicorns” Behind Celonis, the manufacturer of smart suitcases Horizon Studios and consultant placement Comatch from Berlin. In fifth place comes FlixMobility the next Munich company. The other Munich representatives on the top 25 list are Personio in 11th place, the Global Savings Group in 23rd place and ProGlove in 24th place.
In addition to the Hamburg startup Deposit Solutions In 22nd place are all listed companies from Berlin or Munich, with the German capital clearly in the lead with 19 representatives. The list includes InFarm only one startup founded by a woman.
