The Munich company builder Mantro and Osram have jointly developed a building management solution. Expo Real VISN was presented for the first time.
VISN's sensor technology and software are designed to make office building management more effective and modern. The solution is also integrated with the recently launched software platform Lightelligence Compatible with Osram.
Against the backdrop of increasingly flexible working hours and locations, the system uses permanently installed room sensors to detect office space occupancy in real time. The browser-based dashboard allows employees to see which rooms are available and which are occupied. All occupants in the room remain completely anonymous. Facility management also has the ability to evaluate the number of people present and the periods of use. This analysis is intended to enable buildings to be used more efficiently in the long term, which should also reduce heating and cleaning costs.
Pilot customer already uses VISN
CITUS, a Lithuanian property management company, has already been acquired as a pilot customer. A total of 250 square meters of the company's managed space have been equipped with the sensor technology. Rytas Stalnionis, Head of Communications at CITUS, says:
