"Let's launch Munich Startup!" With this, Mayor Josef Schmid launched our Munich Startup portal at the opening of the international startup festival Bits & Pretzels. Minister of Economic Affairs Ilse Aigner and our editorial director Gabriele Böhmer also pressed the launch button. We are now truly officially "The Official Startup Portal for Munich."
Launching our website at Bits & Pretzels, in front of over 3,000 members of the regional, national, and international startup scene, was not only a great honor for us, but also the perfect setting. Ultimately, we want to provide the local startup scene with a digital home and, at the same time, give Munich, with its diverse startup scene, the international appeal it deserves.
