Brewee aims to “enable smaller breweries to operate quickly, efficiently and economically”
As the winner of the startup competition, Brewee will be able to present itself at the HOGA 2019 hospitality trade fair from January 13 to 15 in Nuremberg and will also receive 2,000 euros in prize money and marketing support from the industry association DEHOGA Bavaria. Theresa Barsy, co-founder of Brewee, says:
"We create complete product personalization for our own beer. This works by precisely analyzing our customers' target audience and operations and individually developing a suitable overall concept, from creative beer styles to labels. Furthermore, by designing an IoT system, we are in the process of smartly networking breweries. This allows breweries to balance their brewing capacity with each other and thus work hand in hand sustainably. We want to enable smaller breweries to operate quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively."
A total of 25 startups applied. The expert jury focused on industry relevance, customer benefits, regionality, economic viability, development progress, sustainability, and design.
