Additive manufacturing is a production process that builds components layer by layer from materials in the form of a fine powder. The term "3D printing" is often used as a synonym for this manufacturing method, which is continually growing and opening up new business models for startups.
At the 3D Printing Cluster Meeting, hosted by SCE, EOS and UnternehmerTUM on 22 October 2015 at the Munich University of Applied Sciences, you can expect exciting lectures from founders, scientists and innovators on Topic “Additive Manufacturing”Afterwards, the Swiss startup Sintratec, a pioneer in additive manufacturing and specializing in new methods in the field of laser sintering, will deliver a keynote speech. Following this, there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas and get to know the startups, scientists, and innovators.
