High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and Seed X Liechtenstein have invested a seven-figure sum in Everreal. Founded in Munich in 2017, the proptech company digitizes the sale and rental of real estate.
The platform of Everreal is designed as a white-label solution. The startup's customers include housing associations, institutional asset and property managers, medium-sized real estate portfolio owners, property managers, and brokerage firms. By using the software, they expect to save significant time and resources, increase employee satisfaction, and offer customers a modern user experience.
"We are delighted that we have not only been able to convince a growing number of satisfied customers, but also two new, renowned seed investors of Everreal. The numerous analog processes for tenant changes and the sale of apartments or commercial space, which are still found in many companies, are absolutely no longer up to date,"
says Nessim Djerboua, Co-founder and CEO of Everreal.
“Neither company employees nor prospective tenants or buyers understand why they should submit or process stacks of documents on paper when the same steps can be completed almost entirely automatically and digitally with minimal effort.”
“Everreal offers deep value creation”
Tobias Schulz, Senior Investment Manager at HTGF, says:
"Real estate transactions have barely changed in 100 years. Everreal's software offers deep value creation and automates time-consuming processes. The technology, combined with the experienced founding team, completely convinced us."
With the sum invested by HTGF and Seed X, the startup intends to further develop and expand its product and strengthen its team and market presence.
