Interview partners wanted!
What measures, instruments, and tools are startups from a wide range of industries developing to facilitate intercultural engagement? This is the question currently being addressed by the publicly funded project “KEI – Competencies for successful integration” after and is currently looking for interview partners for the associated studyThe survey focuses on the topics of acquisition and application procedures, personnel selection and other support for foreign specialists in their career entry.
Process: An interview lasts approximately one hour and can take place at the company or at a location chosen by the interviewee. Interviews are treated confidentially, and data analysis is anonymous.
We are looking for:
- Start-ups/ young companies
- in the greater Munich area, the
- have several permanent employees, several of whom are foreign nationals (criterion: nationality).
- Company size: not smaller than 5-10 people.
- Responsibility for personnel matters (management or human resource management)
- Experience with successful recruitment and integration of foreign specialists (good/best practices are sought).
As a thank you: The study results will be made available to participating companies as a short summary. Roundtable discussions or other events for active exchange can be offered as needed.
