Recruiting fair for Munich startups

For the second time, the Munich start-up center Werk1 is organizing the Recruiting fair 'Startup Work'On March 21, Werk1 will bring together startups and motivated job seekers. Startups can apply until February 21. apply for a stand.

The recruiting fair is Plant1 the number 1 challenge of fast-growing startups: The right staff The job fair is explicitly aimed at startups that are actively seeking talent and have advertised numerous positions. It also naturally appeals to job seekers who want to work in a startup.

“Promising conversations, excellent mood”

The conclusion of Startup Work 2019 was consistently positive.

"All startups were delighted with the promising conversations they had with seriously interested job seekers. The job seekers also left the event in high spirits: inspiring and consistently motivated founders were at their fingertips for the entire day, along with their innovative products,"

reported Oliver Halbig from the factory1. Therefore, it was an easy decision to organize a recruiting fair again in 2020.

Startups can apply for the recruiting fair until February 21

In 2020, Werk1 plans to use its matchmaking format to bring together more than 50 start-ups with around 400 job seekers.

Startups can therefore Apply for a parking space at the recruiting fair by 21 February for a small feeThe goal is to find suitable candidates for open positions, ideally in just one day.

While it's rarely been easier for job seekers to find a position in Munich, the recruiting fair will hopefully help job seekers find their dream job alongside visionary entrepreneurs. Furthermore, job seekers can further their qualifications through workshops.
