Every year, the business magazine Forbes publishes lists of the most important young minds in Europe. This year, five Munich residents made the top list.
Forbes presents 30 ambitious young people in Europe for each of 10 industries. A total of 300 young Europeans are on the lists. In the "Manufacturing & Industry" category, Leopold Neuerburg, co-founder of Building Radar and 29 years old. The Munich-based proptech startup uses artificial intelligence to provide information about future or ongoing construction projects. Building Radar is already generating millions in revenue.
Carolin Kunert is on the list of “Retail & Ecommerce.” The 24-year-old industrial designer started working on the Knister Grill to develop. The compact grill can be attached to a bicycle for transport. With a Crowdfunding campaign Kunert has made her grill famous and has already generated more than a million dollars in sales.
Three Munich residents on Forbes technology list
The list for technology includes Fabian Beringer and Xaver Lehmann two of the three founders of E-Bot7The Munich-based startup develops chatbots for corporate customer service. The intelligent system analyzes incoming messages, routes them to the appropriate department, and provides support agents with smart response suggestions during their day-to-day operations.
Also on the Forbes 30 under 30 Europe technology list, Personio-Co-founder Hanno RennerWith its software, the Munich-based startup supports other companies with personnel management, payroll, and recruiting new employees. The company currently employs 420 people and has already raised $130 million in investments.
