Start your digital career with BayFiD

The Bavarian State Ministry for Digital Affairs' talent program "BayFiD – Bavaria's Women in Digital Professions" is entering its second round and is seeking 50 young women from Bavaria who want to advance their digital careers. Applications can be submitted until June 12.

Digital career fields remain underdiverse. To address this and support women on their path to digital careers, the "BayFiD – Bavaria's Women in Digital Professions" program is seeking young participants. The talent program is aimed at women between 18 and 30 years of age with primary residence in Bavaria who are interested in exploring digital careers and are passionate about future-oriented careers – regardless of whether they are still in school, in training, studying, have founded a company, or are employed.

Workshops, networks & mentors

  • program running for 1.5 years
  • Insights into digital career fields and information about developments in the digital industry
  • Workshops, lectures, company visits
  • Network and exchange of experiences with experts and participants
