The Cultural and Creative Pilots Germany award supports 32 companies from the Cultural and creative industries in their entrepreneurial skills: The title holders receive a mentoring program tailored to their corporate goals and become part of one of the largest networks of experts from the cultural and creative industries.
Even in 2020, which was a rather difficult year for creatives and cultural workers, self-employed people, founders and entrepreneurs who work in the cultural and creative industries or who operate with their projects and ideas at the interface between the cultural and creative industries and other sectors are again being sought throughout Germany.
Individual development of your own company
The focus of the one-year Creative Pilot Program is the individual development of the company. It doesn't matter whether the project is just beginning or has been on the market for several years.
The selected creative and cultural professionals participate in a one-year, individually tailored mentoring program. This includes workshops, support from two coaches, exchanges with other teams and experts, and the nationwide recognition that comes with the award of the title.
Personalities in focus
"The Cultural and Creative Pilots Germany program focuses on the unique personalities of entrepreneurs. With our screenings, workshops, and entrepreneur network, we strengthen the self-efficacy of the award winners, thus providing them with a unique opportunity to advance their businesses and their personal goals,"
explained Sylvia Hustedt, initiator and project manager of the award. She is certain:
“Especially now, it is important to support founders who go their own way and courageously do things differently.”
