Timify acquires Bulgarian company E7studio

With the acquisition of the Bulgarian company E7studio, the Munich-based startup Timify aims to expand its value chain and bring digital know-how into the company.

E7studio currently employs 15 people in Bulgaria's second-largest city, Plovdiv. The agency, established seven years ago, offers programming for websites, portals, shops, and apps, integrated campaigns, and online marketing. Timify has been working with E7studio for several years.

Andreas Knürr, CEO and co-founder of Timify, says:

"Due to our rapid growth due to the current acceleration of market digitalization, the acquisition and the associated capacity and quality assurance became urgently necessary. I am also confident that this step will enable us to exponentially increase our already rapid growth."

“Purchasing E7studio is a milestone for me personally”

Boyan Tanchev, CPO and co-founder of Timify, says:

"The acquisition of E7studio is a milestone for me and means a lot to me personally. We've been working with E7studio for some time, and we couldn't ask for a more loyal, hard-working, and professionally competent team of developers and designers. There's no question in my mind: without them, Timify simply wouldn't be where we are today. Looking ahead, we're looking to expand our Plovdiv office beyond software development. We're currently building a technical support team there. I'm really excited about everything that lies ahead and what we'll achieve together."

Deyan Spasov from E7studio says his company has been working successfully with Timify for several years:

"Our technical expertise combined with Timify's scheduling know-how and customer access make us unique in the market. We look forward to an even more intensive collaboration and are confident that both companies will benefit from this step."

Timify offers companies a cloud-based appointment scheduling system for customers and employees.
